Due to the nature of our small-batch and consumable products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
If your return request is approved:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply, depending on the product
Returned items must be unused and in original condition, when applicable
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Missing from your order
You must notify us within 10 calendar days from the delivery date so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims submitted after 10 days are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed
Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer
